  Earth, mushrooms, kindling, and cherry fill the nose. A full and complex mouth of cherry, spice, herbs, and venison. This has matured wonderfully. Very exciting.

  My last bottle... What a wonderful Pinot. Red Fruits, black cherry, just the right touch of spice. This is one of those times when you feel like you popped a bottle at the perfect time and decanted the right amount of time and paired it properly. 07 was a wonderful vintage, and Donum made a great wine. My top wine so far for 2013
