    Really delicious. Takes time to open, but plenty of smooth dark fruit, great mouth feel and long finish.

    Opened, decanted for 20 minutes, and drank with dinner, which did not do justice to this wine. Very tight and tannic at first -- not quite unpleasant to drink but almost. But as the meal went on, it began to open up showing blackberries and raspberries, but still lots of cedar and black tea. (Really too big of a wine for the baked salmon we ate it with.) Has good potential, but may be a bit young, and certainly would have benefited from being open for an hour or two first. Hope to improve on the experience with the second bottle.
