Not too sure how to rate this. I have little experience with cinsault. It was fragrant, with a nose of berry and honeysuckle, the fruit was forward, but short. There was almost no hindpalate, and the wine was ephemeral. Easy to quaff, but perhaps not remarkable.

Initial impression was lively fruit but that faded pretty quickly. Later seemed to be mostly tannin with a strang bitter finish.

Very pruney on the nose. Medium/full bodied with dried herbs, a little mushroom, and very dark fruit of plums and raisins. Short and very dry finish.

Opened w/ smoked salmon -- fantastic. Great nose of raspberries. Palate continues to refine, w/ cherry, berry, and almost some wood notes.
