  • Super complex nose. I initially got some petrol notes, but this evolved into apricot, pear, and....suede/leather. The palate was gorgeous, and with notes of honey, pear, loads of minerality, and balanced acidity. A unique, lovely wine. As Philippe noted, don't bother liking it because you can't buy it.

  • This is sick good. Super low acids so the wine is driven by an insane texture and zaftig carriage. Nose is a weird hybrid of OG Coty Musk and pine pollen and tempura paint. Sick Huysmansesque fruits are filthy corrupt. Body gives a perception of sweetness that only augments the sense of decay. Body oil and apricot duck fat. Long finish plays with all of this and leaves ... flowers. Another ghost bride wine.

  • Muted nose, light white flowers and white stone fruit, this was so precise and balanced. One of the best Rayas blancs I ve had and amazing what Reynard did for both rouge and blanc’s in 2008! Drinking now but could likely get better! 94-96 potential

  • Delighted to get to try this wine. For me, an unusual flavor combo of pear, cantaloupe, soft flower petals, and an oily texture. Quite pretty, and I'm sure a proper food pairing would have further enhanced it.

  • Quite a clean and fresh albeit with an evolution of the fruit nose. Apricot , Nectarine feel . Much fresher than 12yr old!
Released in 2019 and sourced straight from the chateau. Albeit not lovers of aged white CdPs this is very much alive and with a lot of presence and definitely won us over . Very much reminded us as we would have guessed blind this was white Chave. Very solid wine but definitely one needs to like the style . 93
