  • Lovely village wine. Perfumed, then a clean and mouth-coating mid-palate, excellent grip, and very good length. There may yet be room for further development, but lovely now, especially with some air.

  • Perfumed PN nose with spicy clove and raspberry at the fore. This is a light wine with fresh lively acidity, rather lean. The red fruit is very prevalent in the mouth, more red currants here than raspberries. Maybe a tad too much acid, but on the other hand the fruit is there to balance it. Nice clean finish. Not too complex but this is in a very good place now. 89-90p. Positive surprise, and from what I can remember this bottle was a lot better than the last one I had about 2 years ago.
