  A very, very pale rose to gold in hue. Deep parfum / ketone nose. Very thick on the palate with strong sherry notes and intense floral aromatics. Presence of something like tannins as well. Oxidized notes dominate finish with a rim of fruit and edible flowers. Very complex, interesting. Bone-dry as well. Wonderful as aperitif, if you like the style, more difficult to pair with food.
