Exceptionally good. Citrus, gooseberry, and grapefruit, with abundant minerality. Very aromatic, and a perfect balance.

Very, very tasty. Nice nose of herb, citrus (grapefruit and orange zest), and some mineral. Similar in the mouth, good mineral finish, strong and well-balanced. Light on it's feet, but enough power to keep you coming back.
