  Fragrant and open with strawberry, ripe cherry, raspberry, and pink grapefruit aromas and flavours. Elegant, fine mousse with crisp, balanced acids, and finishes long. Really quite lovely.

  Acheté en juillet 2011 au domaine. Revisité ce soir.
  Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Pinot meunier
  Œil : rosé saumoné de bonne intensité, bomme prise de mousse, bulles relativement fines et très persistantes
  Nez : projection d'intensité 4/10, frais, fraise fraîche, chair de pamplemousse, léger rancio, léger levure, touche végétale
  Bouche : belle effervescence, demi-sec, amertume moyenne, persistance moyenne, acidité rafraîchissante
  Conclusion : très bon! Boire dans trop attendre. 87-88

  Œil : rosé passablement soutenu, prise de mousse non-persistante, bulles de taille moyenne+ abondantes et très persistantes
  Nez : frais, fraise fraîche au premier plan, pomme verte, petit côté cire, touche minérale et végétale, levure, plutôt simple, malgré tout sympa
  Bouche : sec, effervescence intense, persistance moyenne, acidité rafraîchissante, plutôt ample, rétro sur la fraise, végétale, pomme verte
  Conclusion : simple, plutôt bien fait, très bon, mais sans émotion 85+
