Nice California chard. Nose is really starting to develop and the flavors are integrated and balanced. No official notes as I just enjoyed the bottle with roast chicken and the family. One bottle left, more notes next time.

I try very hard to love PPP but I struggle with QPR many times. This is a very nice Chardonnay, but at $45/bottle you are painfully aware of better choices at the same price point or less. This wine has a nice rich (almost dark) color and a nice creamy nose of ripe pears, vanilla and pineapple with the notes of oak coming through as well. It is weighty in the mouth as others have noted, again almost creamy. Nice finishes which brings some acidity but by no means crisp. Really nice but short of outstanding.

A revered vineyard for Pinot as it is for Chardonnay. Apples, vanilla and pear on the nose. Creamy, full yet crisp

California Wine Tasting Adventure; 8/2/2010-8/6/2010 (Napa, Sonoma): Tasted at winery. Quite a refreshing style. Lemon citrus, crisp apple and nice acidity. This had some nice mid-palate weight to it, with a nice buttery mouth feel. Nice.
