  45 minute decant. Poured black.
  Full body, richness of dark fruit with very firm velvet tannins that you don't notice until the sides of your tongue register. Smooth full bodied St Emilion . Front palate and mid palate with dark plums. No cherry flavors discrrnable unless they are super ripe black cherries. . Back palate with aromatics of dark fruit trees.
  
  A blessing to have with grilled summer vegetables rib eye steak!

  Smokey, spice, with faint notes of cherry. Firm tannins.

  One of the first 2009 I have opened, drinking very nicely right now, feel like this is in the mid point of its time, probably has a decade to go.

  Drinking beautifully! Brick-red color. Bright cherry notes. Well balanced with finely integrated tannins.
