light yellow/green; mild allspice and cardamom nose; rich pear and honey flavors on the front end with sweet, ripe grapefruit in the middle, moving to key lime on the finish with a nice bracing acidity in the end. No sign of age except for the rounded mellow flavors. Excellent.

Still drinking. The wine looks yellow brown colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like fig, grapefruit and clove. It tastes like apricot, mineral, clove and peach blossom. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

Beautiful example of an age worthy Napa Sauvignon Blanc. Tropical fruit, citrus, an brioche on the nose with a lime-citrus dominated palate. The backbone of crisp minerality was smoothed over by the silky mouth feel. Medium long finish with no rough edges. A surprise.

Showing better than the last bottle of this aged sauv blanc. More white Bordeaux like this time, with spicy zesty candied lemon, touch of petrol/gunsmoke and flint.

Wes's party. Interesting experiment, $19.99 on sale at K&L. Light color, some interesting stuffing like ripe peach and honey, but considering it's a sauv blanc it just seemed a bit weird and tired. If this was a chard it'd be "developing beautifully", and many enjoyed it, but glad it was only $19.99!
