  Very good in January '15. Don't imagine it will get much better, but almost certainly has another couple of years in it. Rich color, but texture is on the leaner side - no flab, though still some nice pillowiness to the mouthfeel. Lots of earth, acid, and spice - fruit is there, but takes a back seat.

  Opened for 2+ hrs. Nose is smoky with muted fruit. Balanced tart cherry and earth. Last bottle. Wish I had more.

  Nice dark red fruit on the nose with lots of earthy elements.
  Palate was more earthy than fruity tonight with good acidity and seemed balanced.
  Finish was decent.
  The QPR was about right on this wine. I was hoping for a little more considering the vintage but can't be disappointed for $20....
  Would buy again.
