Opened by Bill. An unoffensive nose with just a touch of skunkiness. Light yellow color. White apple, vanilla bean and oak notes. The pairing with the charcuterie was not off putting. 89 points.

Notes after following for two hours open. Color is medium straw, clear and shimmery with very slow legs. Simple, medium intensity aroma. Citrus, seashells, lightly roasted vanillin. The longer it airs out, the more dominating the oak becomes. Palate backs up the bouquet but I feel it has lost some of its earlier components, too. Texture is medium-full and the acidity is fairly mellow. Oak shows more at the finish, which is still nice and long, but I think this is slowly heading down, not up. 5+11+15+8= 89

(Evening Land Vineyards Chardonnay La Source Seven Springs Vineyard) Light medium yellow color; minerally, tart lemon, lime, oyster shell nose; tasty, tart lemon, mineral, Chablis-like palate with a sense of salinity; medium finish

Beautiful Meursault Charmes nose- soft, feminine, perfumed, talcum, pear , apple, slight flint
Full rich mouth , minerally, green apple and pear again, less honey, nutty
A bit of alcohol in both the nose and mouth, beautiful nonetheless

Drunk at Tobolabampo, a mexican restaurant at Chicago. Austere and very balanced. Great discover.
