This wine was just beatutiful in my book. Almond in color the wine had a cool oxidized note that really added to the complexity. Lots of apricots, figs, lemon zest, marscapone cheese, flowers and honey. It was pretty honeyed and viscous in texture on the palate. Didn't take notes some i'm sure I'm missing something. I do think it's peaking right now so I'd say drink up!

Love the Fries with a little age as well as young. With age, the bright citrus fruit changed to a fig stuffed with marscopone cheese drizzled with some olive oil with some light lemon peel shavings on top. Maybe a little oxidized but it added to the fun fig flavors.
