  • Needed a PnP candidate and this delivered. Minor bricking on a perfect cork. This delivered! A little heat on open but a slight chill on the bottle remediated that problem.

Black olive, black cherry, red currant, red cherry, wood, spice notes. Got better as we drank, but didn’t seem to need to extended air other recent bottles received. Drank over 2.5 hrs, and held strong throughout.

  • Decanted 4 hours in the cellar.

    It’s in a good spot.

Great nose, with nice dense fruit and bouquet.

Lots of of blueberry, fruit initially. Fine tannin and acid balance, providing some finesse. As nice progressed, the earthy, tertiary flavor appeared.

Probably will hold well for at least 1-2 years.

  • Bought on release. stored at 58*, opened up after 3 hours; consumed over 2 nights as usual.
Full bodied, dense blackberry pie, black currants, spice, faint earth and toast. Acid and tannins are in a nice spot, so smooth. Better on night 2 by a point. I'd buy more if well cellared.

  • I let it breathe for 2 hours. Drank over 3. Really pure fruit here with perfect balance of acidity and a long juicy finish. Dense and polished with sour cherry and mild pepper notes. A little heat on the nose. Had before and after dinner and better after.

  • Decanted for 4 hours at 65 degrees and consumed over another 3 hours at room temp. Not an overpowering effort here. Very delicate and stylistically much more finesse than brash. Nose is floral with spice, rose pedal, cherry and some earth. Still some age left on this with alcohol taking a few hours before it burned off. Finish is solid but not overly memorable. This is very well done but will suit a specific palate. 94+
