TWS Group German Tasting (Must & Lees): Didn't blow me away - this felt slightly flat and lacking acidic lift. Fresh green apple, deep concentrated ripe lemon, sweet but clean. Quite contained and subtle overall.

Germany (Must and Lees, N1): Medium yellow, quite pithy, definitely a sweet edge but this is held in check with some sharp spritz and citrus, like Robinson's squash. Very easy on the palate, pretty light in texture, a pleaser for sure.

Light gold. Pretty much the same on the nose and the palate. Apples, grapes, dried mango, candied orange, lemon. The flavor is rather like hard candy - slightly artificial almost. Good balance between sweet and acid, although it could probably do with a bit more of the latter. Still, very nice, and in a very good place now. Take your time drinking this. I don't think it will decline for a couple of more years, at least.

Medium yellow in color. Lovely pears with nice acidity still. Enjoyed.

Opulent honeyed tropical fruit. Lots of residual sugar together with boatloads of acidity making it a very enjoyable drink.
