  Delicious dense viscous fat and powerful. Decanted and drank over 90 minutes. Golden yellow color, nose of beeswax, apricots, tropical fruits, gun flint. Rich texture and palate, structured like a powerful red, finishes with quite a lot of lift, power and fatness whilst remaining very round and expansive.

  Regular dinner group (@ My place): Beautiful and complex bouquet, full bodied, lush and luxurious and not showing any serious ageing at all. Tropical fruits, beautiful acidity and a pleasant touch of sweetness. Extremely luxurious and beautiful wine.

  Opened and after about an hour this was sublime, flinty, creamy, apricots and just so balanced. Reminds me a little of the 2010! Would be interesting to drink this side by side.

  Definitely deserves an upgrade from the last time I drank this beauty. Decanted and drank over 90 minutes. Golden yellow color very dense. Nose of honeyed chalk, yellow orchard fruits, stone, and on the palate fat, expansive, mineral with great balance and acidity, akin to a Montrachet and a very precise buttery but somewhat dry finish. Pairs with any type of food you match it with. Love it!
