Beautiful immediately - baked pineapple and straw nose bits its palate that shines… lovely mouthfeel and broad and extremely long in the mouth with melon and peach… and finishes with good acidity and a touch of toasty heat. Really shines with food though - a perfect match tonight with rich chicken kievs and probably with other creamy/fatty chicken or pork dishes. Smoother and more refined with air, when nice spices showing, but this is at peak for me so drink to 2026 (although will cruise to 2030). Would score higher without the heat and if there was more definition. Gorgeous wine and great QPR, even now. 94-95pts

Medium+ nose intensity with notes of tropical fruits, pineapple, lemon. Medium+ acidity and long finish. Well balanced acidity and palate. Drank from big format, probably a 6litre. Tasted at Acker inaugural Auction in Singapore.

From magnum, no change from my last bottle in 2017. Should be superb for the remainder of the decade. A stunning achievement, especially at its original cost.

Deep Golden color. Intense, mature nose. Wonderful Aromas of baked fruits, charred pineapple, nuts. Full body, with intense, mature and complex flavours that are still young and similar to the nose aromas with light acidity that keeps the wine in balance. Extremely long. Excellent wine. Drunk with bbq white snapper fish and was wonderful.
