Haunts me, even on day after. A golden yellow color (my picture does not do it justice) that looks young but smells of honey and butterscotch. Not a giant nose but wonderful. On taste, there is a balance of acidity and oak, tasting fruit with a mouthfeel that just lingers way beyond the initial taste. Even a day later, I can taste it. (I have a feeling that is the semillon.) No flaws due to age and I would be interested in tasting even older vintages.

Note: I use the recommended scale, so 85 represents a very good wine. As in 2015, deep yellow, not overdone. Lost a little over seven years, but still very good.

Surprised me. Complexity and light-footedness, fresh and almost ephemeral. Drinking within 30min of opening. Will leave it in the fridge half-corked and come back to it 6-7 hours later.

Wonderful experience. Seems more like 5 years old than 19. Still lively, full of oomph. Not sherried, not tired. Very tropical, grapefruit, papaya, some light oak. Not sure of the cepage but the sb and semillon are both apparent and offering their best. Winner.

Bought from WINEBID. Never again with them. I’ll stick with the
local wine shop, Garagiste, anyone who will take back a corked bottle.
