Straw yellow; minerally, whiff of orange blossom; crisp, smart, fair length. I'm a fan of Piuze & have drunk this on 3 occasions. Not worth the extra cost as against the village version. ***

Julian's Chablis Offline: A little mute on the nose. Chalky minerality. Nice extract, quite grippy across the attack. Reasonable length but lacks intensity and grip on the finish. ***

Consistent with previous bottle. Real drive & intensity.

Pale; expressive; bone dry, steely, austere. Concentration & depth to the finish. Potentially loads more to come. Demands 2 more years.
