A late disgorged Champagne with superb rich brioche nose and palate. Shows great finesse and balance. An excellent pairing with cheese, particularly the Champagne friendly Langres and some complex hard cheeses such as Comté.

Bu avec Bulle, Meursault et Mike LM lors de notre traditionnel souper Super Bowl LI…avec une orgie de bouffe pour l’accompagner. Fromages (Truffo, Hatley, Alfred le Fermier, Bleu Élizabeth, Migneron), terrines, Saucissons, Dinde fumée, Prosciutto, Pancetta, Oignons confits, mousses de homard…etc).
Très jolies bulles fines et nombreuses.
Nez sur la crême, le beurre et les amandes.
En bouche, frais, vif et vineux. Belle salinité avec des citrons et de la pomme, un peu de craie aussi.
Assez long et persistant. Très bon.

Tremendo deguelle del 2011 encontrado por arte de magia en una cervecería de barrio.
Pastelería, barro, flores, fruta madura. Nariz definida, cambiante, desarrollada.
La boca, que se presagia quizás algo más pesada, es pura seda, profunda y fresca, capas de placer.
