Wonderful and bright… still! Beautiful nose, soft, but powerful flavor. My favorite of a flight of 4 Burgundy Villages wines from 2000-2005. If you have a bottle, drink now.

Red berries, orange peel and smoke dominate the bouquet with cherries, spice and sage emerging on the palate. It is not a fruit bomb at this stage but it has elegance and balanced with earth.
Everything you want in an aged burgundy.

Dujac tasting with Jeremy & Diana (Zoom): A treat to tasted 20-year old Village Dujac. This is still full of fruit and appeal with stemmy red cherry aromas that also show mature notes of earth. Still quite juicy and fruity on the palate. Perhaps slightly light-weight and straight forward, though in line what you'd expect for 20-year old village wine.

THAT Super Village (Yan): Always lovely to taste an aged Dujac at any level.
