Keep going out and color. Those of dark chocolate, menthol, prunes, and dried figs. Taste of dark chocolate, cherries, vanilla, prunes, and himself tobacco. Still useful and rich. On the sweeter side. Revisit in 3 to 5 years and should have at least another 10 to 15 years of life.

Monthly Tuesday group #004: Vintage Port with a few extra's for educational purposes (By me): In the bouquet this wine is a bit alcoholic. On the palate raisins and currants, iodine and medicine, herbs, figs and nuts. The alcohol is a bit aggressive. I am not really impressed about this Port wine, but opinions in the group differed. For me a score of 84 – 85 gives this wine the benefit of the doubt.

Underwhelming, this is a light and somewhat thin port, showing modest raisin and prune flavors, short finish. We decanted this overnight. I tasted a bit right out of the bottle then roughly 20 hours later. This bottle showed virtually no development in between.

Still quite youthful. This port is just filled with dark juice. Raisins, and prunes to me dominate the profile. Quite rich

FTLOP 12th Anniversary; 7/21/2017-7/23/2017 (Seattle, Washington): Possible TCA. The bottle is flawed. Wet Cardboard. After a few minutes the TCA blew off and notes of red fruit and still some primary fruits were detectable.
