Fantastic champagne, but way too young. The acidity is more in balance than a last bottle 2 years ago, but this is still very acidity driven. However, there is fruit to match, and the combination of the massive fruit and acidity is reminiscent of a 2010 German GG. Keep, and you will be rewarded.
Quick Note; July 2010 Disgorgement. This was a real treat: tight citrus notes on the nose and palate. Lemon, lemon zest, lychee and limestone. The baseline acidity and tight profile gives the perception of an almost weightless wine. It kept getting better. No rush, this will improve for some time.
Well I thought this was stunning. Amazing and pronouced Pinot fruit character, lots of definition on the palate, and kept on getting better and better as the magnum was open. A bit tight and young but still delicious all the same. Went amazingly well with Thai pork ribs and cilantro sauce.

(Roses de Jeanne / CÚdric Bouchard Champagne Blanc de Noirs Les Ursules) Light yellow color with lots of speedy, very tiny bubbles; appealing, light reduction, tart Rainier cherry, tart pear, lime nose; very tasty, rich but delicate and detailed, mineral, lime, tart apricot palate that is lightly honeyed; medium-plus finish (100% Pinot Noir; disgorged July 2010)
