  Overtly Bordeaux, in all the best ways. Supple Merlot with Cabernet family markers, which comprise 15 percent of the assemblage. Excellent range and structure. Well integrated 13.5 abv. Judicious oak treatment.
  
  Higher quality than expected. Fully resolved, while still showing appealing fruit, particularly when paired with hearty fare. The right food pairing teased my 92 point senses.

  still has a little life in it. Found it in the cellar and opened an hour later. With a little air, it opens up and smoothes out.
  Nothing to write home about but ok. Drink it now.

  Easy to drink. Good fruit and some pepper to finish. Ruby in color with some orange/brown showing around the edges. Seems like it may be a couple years past its best days, but still a pleasant wine and paired nicely with lamb chops.

  Crimson with orange brick edge highlights. Initial hints of kelp & pepper aroma after about 30 min in decanter the sharpness of the aroma dulled and became a little dusty. Not much fruit in the begining, ashy earth dominated palate with some time added a little bit of black pepper.
  Didn't finish the bottle, if you have it open it and try it out but it's well out of prime.
