Consumed over thanksgiving dinner. Took an hour of air before it really opened up. This is still one of my favorite Oregon Chardonnays of all time. Fantastic intensity of flavor and acidity with a long finish. Amazing on it's own or with food. My mother who loves Chardonnay was over the moon about this.

The REAL Willamette Valley century club (100 wines at the wineries in 1 day) (Willamette Valley - Oregon): This was absolutely killing it today. Smelled great, but tasted absolutely amazing. Delicious from start to finish with evolving flavor on each portion of the palate. I wasn't expecting anything when I went to taste it and was wowed, so I went back for another sip and was wowed again. I left with a bottle and would buy more if my poor pocketbook could handle it. One of my favorite Oregon Chardonnays of all time based on this experience, I can't wait to pop the bottle I have and see if holds up.

Willamette Valley Century Club (100 wines in a day)!: Weird pumpkin funk, and raspiness... really nice though! Impressive balance and great, interesting fall flavors on the palate. Really nice acid on the finish, along with thick apples. This is one of the finest Oregon Chardonnay's I've ever come across. Quite unique, though tasty, throughout. Very glad this wasn't the typical oak bomb.

Working Our Way North (Oregon Wine Country): The nose is on the lighter side, with some faint, mellow apple notes appearing. Creamy oak shows right away on the palate, accompanied by some crisp green apple flavors that become full on the mid palate. The oak delivers a hint of smoke later on as well, but the flavors are all on the lighter side.
