(Domaine Alain Chabanon Trélans) Very light yellow color; lovely floral, apple, white flower nose; creamy textured, tart apple, peach, mineral palate with good balance, quite lovely; medium finish (57% Vermentino, 43% Chenin Blanc; 12 mos. in French oak barrels)

Dinner at The Antidote (The Antidote, London): From a fresher vintage, this was a lovely bottle, the age seemed told ce the freshness of the wine well, nice weight in the mouth,some mineral and apple flavour, excellent finish

Distinct aroma of peach and flowers into a creamy textured palate. The finish is long and provides further interest with a herbal note.
