Bottle drawn from Oinoscent cellar and drank during Friday night's shift. Med to high intensity, dried citrus, pineapple, lemon, preserved pergamont and orange, notes of glue. In the palate, med to full body, more obvious oxidative notes, citrus flavors mostly, alcohol more apparent despite being just 13%, thin oak frame, nutty, textured, almost chewing it, long finish. It seems one more year on its back made it thinner and less expressive, drink up 89+

Holding up very well. Full bodied with nice moutcoating texture. Acidity seemed less perceptible than expected and slight oxidative notes just complement the flavours. Very good.

Brought from the house, drank at Oinoscent. Fully developed oaked Santorini with all that one would expect from such a wine. Big aromas and flavors of overripe and tinned citrus and tropical fruits, roasted nuts, oaky frame, wax. honey and syrup, high citrus acidity, oxidative notes (love or hate), med to full body, long finish. Its one of those cases, where you either love or hate the wine. I liked it, a bit tough to drink on its own. I'd rather had it a couple of years ago though as barrel aged Santorini grows faster than steel fermented versions.
