  Definitely should drink up but still wonderful. Coravin poured and enjoyed over an hour plus with beef tenderloin dinner during the carina virus epidemic. Fully mature, brick edge but nice full color. Tannins all smoothed out. Nice fruit, some earthy ness. A round mouthful of delicious mature burgundy. But don’t wait.

  Took a while to get going once the bottle was popped. First sip was actually tight and showing little. Almost cast it off as doa. But not more than 5 minutes later returned to the glass and it blossomed. Beautiful aged pinot fruit with wisps of wet leaves and flowers. Funky, floral. Just a touch of acidity to bring the palate life. Some Vosne spice to the tart fruit palate. Not long, and needing to be drinking now, but still pretty good.
