Pale, almost green in the glass. Nose of citrus and grass. In the mouth, wonderfully zesty, with citrus and mineral notes dominating. Some grassiness, a little green apple as well. Highly acidic, with a light/medium body, feels a little off-balance on it's own, but shines with a little bit of food.
Great wine for food -- I paired it with a meatloaf and mashed potatoes -- arguably the prototypical "red wine" meal -- and it went quite well. Would shine with pork.
Low score is mainly due to lack of intensity on the nose and the short finish. Balance feels a little off, due to the high acidity. Overall, though, quite tasty.

Mineral notes and slight effervescence. Short finish. Nose of citrus and green apple. Good basic summer white.
