WS Offline: The Secret Dinner (Vancouver, BC): An intoxicating nose exhibiting layers of violet floral notes, sweet oak, minerals, crushed stones, and what I can only describe as latex, but in a positive sense. Complex on the palate, displaying lemon oil, white flowers, a touch of tart tangerine zest, and some more oak peeking through. Long finish, ending with notes of lemon juice and a touch of oak. Full bodied and delicious. Very good.

Expressive nose of lemon, apple pie, and oak. Medium plus body of lemon curd, toasty oak, some minerality and stone fruits. medium finish.
