Bern’s Steak House, Tampa. Not enough experience with aged Chablis to properly reference. However, very pure, muted aromas, very nice finish. Improved with a cheese pairing.

Came about after some cellaring. Full-bodied and rich but lower on acid and minerals. A pleasant surprise. Uncertain about future potential, probably best consumed within a couple of years.

Robe dorée. Au nez, on est sur la cire, pomme et ananas. En bouche, on retrouve la minéralité du Chablis avec une pointe d’amertume. Malheureusement, à ce prix, ça manque de corps et de complexité.

La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Vertical. Walk around tasting. Much like the 2012, this comes across as nicely ripe with mineral sneaking through from the middle forward. Good weight, good now.
