  Herbal, black fruit, ripe tannins, juicy, syrah character is obvious. Came around nicely compared to previous bottle (September 2016). Still youthful

  A business lunch (Restaurant Aan de Poel **, Amstelveen, NL): Lovely rich colour; nose has ripe fruit with floral topnotes and a mature hint of leather; rich but unshowy palate, good concentration, ripe tannins, mineral freshness; very good length.
