Drank several days ago with no notes, which is too bad, because this was drinking really well. Aged Roussanne showing beautifully after having been stored ~65F for five years after purchase. There were subdued tropical notes, balanced between some richness in the mouth by enough acidity, long finish.

Unbelievable wine for pairing with midday olives. Lemon and creme fraiche on the open, but mellow as it sails across the palate. Truly a wine to be enjoyed by all!

Buttery light lemon flavors are a bit dilute on the attack but this picks up some steam as it crosses the palate. Good minerality shows up on the mid palate and the wine seems to crescendo towards the finish which shows an amalgam of the lemon, buter, and minerals. Could use more acidity and the fruit lacks the bite and intensity of its youth, which showcased the style better.

My least Favorite of Tablas Creek Wines. On opening, overwhelming alchohol on the palate. Mellowed a bit after an hour but still hot. Hopefully will be better tomorrow. I suspect it should be served pretty cold (I served it around 58 F, and then it warmed up).
