A pale yellow sauvignon blanc from Sancerre. Minerals are found not only by taste but smell. After a few more sips artificial banana finds its way to the mouth ending with light dryness.

Beautiful sancerre, crisp, acidic, citric, and truly stony. A textbook example. You have to like the austerity, which I do.

I ordered more. Minerality, citrus flavors and many more flavors make a very complex wine.

Very good Sancerre. Improved over a couple days. Subtle grass and flinty mineral qualities. Wish I had more.

Delicious. Lemony but not overly tart. Also some layered mineral.
