Somewhat cloudy upon pouring. Dark fruits on the nose. A bit of raisiness as well. More mellow on the palate than I was expecting. Great subtlety. Quite elegant for a CdP at the price point. Medium acidity, silky texture. Tannins are fully resolved. Medium length finish. This is an excellent bottle of wine.

Earthy but finish was short. Bottle tasted past its prime. The wine looks caramel colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It tastes like dust, flint and light toast. The body is light. The wine has flabby texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity.

Drinking about as well as you could possibly hope. Very well balanced with certainly enough fruit and great finish. Could have gone another 3 years for sure, but why wait. Happy Happy Happy.

Second of two mags. First one was a tad off; this one was clean/intact, but on the downhill slide. Thin; gorgeous brick-brown color. Herbaceous, almost medicinal -- as if the garrigue had turned the corner toward Fernet. Not the Wonder Show of aged C-d-P you sometimes get (and always wish for), but still fun....

My taste must be contrary to most reviewer here because I loved this wine. Mildly sweet old dusty fruit and great acidity. Glad I have 2 more bottles!
