Fizz & Fish @ Master's (Master's Super Fish, Waterloo): Reasonably rich and full but acetone on the nose. Takes over and dominates this. Not a relaxed/settled bottle. A little grubby. Curiously, a previous bottle of this in 2011 was jittery too.

Ian S's Blind at The Medlar (The Medlar, London): Bruised apple nose. Creamy attack, fresh across the mid-palate. Quite refreshing. Seems to be plenty there though a little out of kilter at the moment, give it time. **(*)

Eclectic mixture tasted blind (Medlar, Chelsea, London): Yeasty and frothy, quite sweet on the palate, easy and likeable
