  On the nose there is still some oak, though not too prominent. On the palate it is wonderful: sharp and lively and with substance. No signs of decaying, this can go on for several more years.

  Light-medium yellow in color. Superb aromas of citrus oils, toasted sesame seeds, lemon curd, a complex note of ginger/baking spice and wet stones. Linear/focused palate on entry that expands into a dense and mouth filling palate showing sweet and spicy yellow fruits, buttered apples, very good acidity and a long perfumed finish redolent of minerals. Superb.

  Medium yellow in color. Expressive aromas of yellow flowers, flint, peaches, spice and yellow citrus. Ripe and lush on the palate shows mouth coating extract of spicy and citrus poached orchard pit fruits, good acidity, hint of honey & melted butter on the very long finish. In spite of all the perils of aging white burgundy, it is magic when it gets there without any oxidized notes.

  This is drinking well. Lots of depth and fruit. No sign of premox.
