  Lees, melon, and saltiness. There’s also a Chenin-like pear note.
  
  Medium acid brings freshesness to this 15 year old wine.
  
  This is a really impressive bottle of Muscadet. The concentration from both 100+ year old vines and bottle age also remind me of high quality Loire Chenin. Drinking at/near peak now.

  Pure, clean, nice minerality, oxidation lends nice nutty note to balance out the acidity.

  Fine wine. Lots of white flowers, sea spray, iodine. Parallels with a good Chablis but with more lightness and acidity. Melon, touch of lime, freshness. Great length.

  Lots of white flowers, sea spray. Green melon, touch of lime, grapefruit, freshness. Good length. Lively acidity.Should do this more often.
