36% cab franc, 31% merlot, 15% cab sauvignon, 10% petit verdot, 8% malbec. Beautiful aroma, but the flavor is predominantly unripe cab franc: tart, green, and dusty. With an asparagus and prosciutto risotto to round out the edges it tasted fine, but the acidic green notes were mildly unpleasant on their own.
