Some heat, and a slightly stewed aspect, but more elegant than usual for the vintage. Classic unfiltered Brick House in appearance. Good balance (though with that heat note). Fairly spicy fruit. Hold for 3-5 years from here.
Had with a pork tenderloin and it paired very nicely. Upon opening, there were some berries, but not much else. It took an hour to open up and then there was some spice coupled with the berries and a nice long finish. It did die after about 4 hours though.
