I had a quick taste of this and agree with reizen. a b it muted. I would imagine this needs lots of air, but am not sure is this is just a restrained profile for the wine.

Nat cork. A restrained, dark centered red fading a bit now. A faint but attractive nose of red and black fruits and a bit of cedar. On the palate very classic bordeaux profile - blackberry, lots of graphite, nice minerality on a medium frame. This is classy and tasty but will be so much better with a few more years, it still comes across as young. Try again at the ten year from vintage point.

Medium color with lightening. Oh my, a poster child for Cab Franc aromatics-full of very attractive high toned florality, light red/black fruit, and just the right amount of green herbs without verging on dill. Light and elegant in the mouth with cedar, refreshing acidity and fruit that is present but muted. Slightly dry finish. For me, the aromatics were more exciting than the taste, and it is seeminly fully mature. I don't think that I would hold this much longer due to the fragility of the fruit. Still, worth trying, even if mostly for the first sniff!

austere, reserved nose. tannic, weaker mid-palate. classic structure but bitter tannins overwhelming right now.
