  • A very nice Bourgogne Blanc for the money. Like hard wood coal smoke on a morning sea breeze. With air, the smokey quality separates into layers of toasty whole wheat bread, roasted hazelnuts, and peat. The palate cuts clean like a jetty into a cold sea; a saline-lemon cord to balance the weight of the oak.
