Yellow color with a bouquet and flavor dominated by acidity and alcohol, with a little bit of fruit. Angular and awkward. Not much to recommend it. Other reviewers had much better luck with this wine, so perhaps this was an off bottle.
Golden yellow color. Nose of flint, funk, citrus and vanilla. Citrus and mineral flavor with a long acidic finish. No vanilla. Not as complex as most of the Brewer-Clifton Chards that I have tasted but I love the cut and balance here.
