  JONATA makes outstanding wines that have elegance and power. This wine is delicious blend of cab franc. Merlot, petit verdot. Dark fruit, raw tobacco, menthol. Not overpowering. Fantastic with lighter meats like pork loin or veal.

  深宝石红色，闻香有一股肉鲜，淡淡青椒，红果香气，入口酸度高，酒液咸，湿石头的矿物感，单宁紧涩，抓人，颗粒细腻，口中是石墨，青椒和黑果香气，酒体不重，走结构感路线，中后段感觉稍微有点空，余味新鲜果味。一款非常稀有的美国品丽珠作品，结构精巧，风格优雅。

  Cloudy glowing ruby color. A bit of smoke with delicious mixed fruit umami notes on the nose and, oddly, banana. Soft, velvety texture with notes of sweet and sour raspberries and freakin’ fresh just-ripe bananas, which is bizarre but enormously pleasant. Slight green vegetal and herb notes are present as well. An unusual red wine experience.

  Decanted two hours. Full body of chalky chocolate and graphite with savory red fruit. Enjoyable but my scores keep going down on this so I guess drink up.
