It's a trick of the name (Trousseau), but this reminds me so much of the reds from the Jura (Poulsard). Deceptively light - indeed usually a white wine grape - but carrying complex red fruit and great acid/tannin structure. Way more than meets the eye, and full of complex layers that unwind with food. Continues to improve with time; I wish Pax would make this style of Trousseau Gris again...
