Tasted it by the glass at boulud sud. Consistent with my previous positive impression of Pierre Paillard. Cesar's notes below are more or less covering it all. I believe the finish got longer since 2012.
(We did not want to have an entire bottle, but it would have been an excellent by the bottle pick as well)

Going Over New Amsterdam's Wall: An Injection of Great Stuff; 3/28/2012-4/1/2012 (New York City, New York, US): This N.V., actually arising from the 2007's harvest, Champagne was a tremendous value. Being sold for 95$ at the Daniel's, it had everything to appeal us. Very printanier, this Champagne had a nose full of green apples without displaying any disturbing acidity. The delicate, fine bubbles were well integrated, although they lost most of their intensity with time. This was a great pick!

100% Bouzy, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay. Lovely rich Pniot character, nicely fishy, served stone cold at Café Boulud so we had to wait for a bit for the flavour to develop but then very nice indeed.

Bottle age at least 2 years now so good beautiful acidity autolytic flavour that pop n sing
