Deja Vu Trade Tasting (The four seasons hotel, the rocks, sydney): Cream, almost slightly sour milk on the nose that I just couldn't get past despite repeated aeration. In the mouth there is rich, slight burnt black fruit and lots of spice. There is also a touch of residual sugar. Not for me.

CS 48%/Malbec 28%/Cab Franc 16%/Merlot 8%. Bright purple. Bouquet of cedar, cassis and black fruits. On the palate, it is full bodied, powerful without being intense. Full of black fruits, with deft oak giving great structure. Well balanced, giving the wine plenty of years ahead of it. 13.6% alc. Screwcap.
