  • Belle couleur rubis profond.

  • Beautiful Poujeaux. Drinking great right now. Rather light wine. In the nose almost inexistent. In the mouth very pleasing. With a little more pressure it would be ranking higher. But as said, right now a real beauty, though I expect it to fade out rather early.

  • Einfach gestrickter, sauberer Bordeaux.

  • Expressive bouquet with cassis, spice box and some pleasant barnyard. On the palate slightly creamy red and black forest fruits, a touch of bell pepper and vanilla. Pleasant acidity and round tannin. The wine is really nice and ready now and the tannin still has a pleasant bite. No problem keeping this until 2018. 90 – 91.

(Chateau Poujeaux Moulis) Exotic, spicy, deeply fruited, seductive style. No slouch on the palate either, which has some ripe fruit framed by some cracking acidity. Firm, peppery, with a good mouthfilling style. Balanced and characterful. Really impressive.
