Thought i might have been pushing this drinking window but was pleasantly surprised to find a very balanced pinot with some age left for those who still have older vintages on hand. Fruit forward, too much so at first, but softens nicely as it opens up. Good spice on the nose. light and quite enjoyable.

Very light colored and translucent. Earthy and restrained on opening. Settled into a great food wine with sour cherry, forest floor and spice. Paired fantastic with sea urchin/avocado, oysters, pork belly, lasagna.

Defying the drinking window, this bottle was spectacular, rich, earthy and very drinkable. Alas, this was the last one from our case.

Smooth and flavorful pinot, soft tanins, great with Christmas ham and pineapple glaze.
